I have a varied background in yoga and have tried different styles both in India and in Sweden like Iyengar, Hatha, Ashtanga. Curiosity and a desire for learning is what drives me to continually come to grips with the new things in have a background in martial arts and therefore the yoga I teach is a dynamic form of yoga with inspiration from mixed martial arts. For me yoga is an eye-opener both in a physical as well as mental way and it's a natural complement to training and an otherwise healthy lifestyle.
