I have been practicing yoga and meditation for over 20 years. I recently returned to teaching meditation after becoming a yoga teacher. My yoga classes are vinyasa style, though they can be more gentle, with a meditative focus. I also teach yin yoga.
My meditation courses are simple and practical, based on my long standing personal practice and broadened by further training in a variety of disciplines. I believe yoga and meditation are universal teachings that anyone can benefit from to improve their quality of life.
