Anna became a certified RYT, 200 Hour in 2014 through Yoga Illumined. She began her yoga journey at a Bikram yoga class where she was drawn to the energy and heat. She was amazed by the serenity and bliss she felt after just one class, and she immediately knew yoga would become a big part of her life.
After practicing many different styles of yoga for over 12 years, Anna decided to obtain her certification with Yoga Illumined. She enjoys teaching Hatha and Vinyasa Flow styles of yoga because of their harmonizing and strengthening effects on the body, mind, and spirit. Anna is passionate about leading her students through an alignment-based flow class while teaching mindfulness, the observation of thoughts, and self-acceptance.
