I am passionate about feeling goooood in the body, mind and spirit.
My focus is on breath, mindfulness, body awareness and connection to nature. I offer an environment where yogis of all levels can feel safe to be explore their individuals selves and to be playful in their yoga practice.
I am so grateful to all my teachers for sharing their insights and wisdom of the ancient practice of yoga with me. I am honored to share it forth so that others may too enjoy a journey of health and happiness through yoga.
