Anne has been practicing yoga since 2000 and teaching since 2010. She began practicing yoga for its physical benefits, helping heal a knee injury and restoring her ability to run and be active. As she began to discover the awareness it brought to other areas of her life, her interest in a deeper study led her to become certified as a yoga instructor under Kim Orenstein's 200 hour training in Reno, NV. She is inspired by the philosophical and physical aspects of yoga, and as an instructor she hopes to assist others in exploring what yoga can be for them.
