By fostering serenity of the mind-body, Anne makes yoga accessible to every level of student. Exploring physical limits and connecting flowing movements with breath, students experience a cultivation of vivacity and well-being.
Anne’s formal study of the mind-body began at Dartmouth College where she earned her degree in Psychological and Brain Sciences. Anne holds an E-RYT certification through Yoga Alliance. Throughout her yoga journey, Anne has trained with Lori Burgwyn, Matthew Reyes, Kathryn Budig, and Sara Hastings Morris.
Anne teaches both private lessons and group classes.
