I've been a student of yoga for 41 years. Anne is absolutely one of the BEST yoga teachers around. She understands the anatomy of the body well, but she also understands the spirituality and essence of what it means to be a Yogi. Best of all, she has a gentle voice and a flexible approach, and just this beautiful way of helping us relax and go within to discover for ourselves, the true value and meaning of yoga.
