I truly love yoga, and sharing practice through teaching is a real joy.
the classes are open to beginners to intermediate level, with men and women. The vinyasa flow classes are small, 6-10 people so I can focus on alignment , and individual abilities.
I also teach some private classes in my 'Yoga Kitchen' , and in the homes of others. In private classes I am able to tailor the practice to the individual and what they are wanting to work towards.
My personal practice is Ashtanga, which I do 4 times a week.
I am also an Occupational Therapist , and use yoga as part of my job in the NHS, working with Teenagers.
I am passionate about yoga, one of the beautiful things about it is that it is open to all, it lends itself to each person, and progress is always possible.
