My classes employ the Deep Yoga approach pioneered by Bhava Ram and Laura Plumb. By connecting breath to movement, the physical postures (asana) become a meditation in motion that fosters flexibility, strength, focus and an open heart— on and off the mat. My classes are mindful about alignment, yet joyous in their flow. You are, I believe, more powerful than you know and perfect just a you are.
