Before I started yoga, I have been practising both classical and modern dance. From my youth onwards, I've always loved to get into this nice flow by movement of the body.
When I discovered yoga, it felt like coming home. Almost instantly I felt the nice effects of the asana's.
Yoga tunes me in and creates awareness.
This awareness gives me insights both physically and mentally.
The asana's provide a beautifull balance, between strenght and softness. This creates more space, space to feel and experience from your true self.
