I discovered yoga by chance in 1996 and never looked back. I became a fully qualified British Wheel of Yoga Teacher (500 hours Training) in April 2003 and also completed the Children and Pregnancy modules. I am passionate about taking Yoga off the mat and bringing it into everyday life: I teach Classical Yoga which focuses on the development of our entire being (physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual). Each class includes asanas (postures to strengthen and stretch, remove energy blocks), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and yoga nidra (relaxation). For more info visit

Ann has introduced me to a new sense of tranquillity and deep relaxation through her melodic tone and approach to yoga.

yoga for everybody

Anne is extremely Professional. She explains and demonstrates what she expects from you. She adapts to everybody's needs and disabilities. She's always smiling and in a good mood. It is a very relaxing but also demanding practice. I know I'll always enjoy the cession. Although I feel tired when it's over, I feel in peace. It is exactly the activity I needed. I can feel the benefit of it everyday. I feel more relaxed. I don't get cross at my kids as I used to. I tend to be more in the present time, enjoying and taking each day as it comes. I'm really looking forward to going to the sessions although I hate going out. They're my special treat and do me good. Yoga and Anne are giving me a lot more than I expected.

Anne is an amazing yoga teacher. I always leave her class feeling relaxed but energised. I would highly recommend Anne to anyone looking to de-stress their day.
