In yoga, we set off for an exploration in our body and mind. We encounter tensions that are often hidden to us and get to know our possibilities. The body strengthens and gains flexibility, energy can circulate freely. Through focussing our attention, the minds calms and the breath finds its natural place again.

We emphasize correct practice rather than forcing ourselves in a posture and we observe what this does to us. We use so-called “props”, which alow us to create consciousness in the body and to work safely. A lot of attention is put on the spine, which as our central axis reflects our posture and attitude, physically, as well as mentally.
