My first encounter with Kundalini Yoga was many years ago in London, at a very stressful time of my life . It touched me instantly, calmed my mind and awakened an inner focus on what I really want.
Since that I have changed my life, moved to the wonderful city of Berlin and studied to become a yoga teacher.
With Kundalini Yoga I've found strength, inner peace & inspiration that flow in my daily life with my active family and as an upcycling designer.

Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a very dynamic and powerful form of Yoga that wakens your inner power, helping you to reach your full potential as a human being.
The technology of Kundalini Yoga combines breathing techniques, mantra, physical exercises and meditation to strengthen and heal body, mind & spirit.
Kundalini Yoga is designed for people who want to live a conscious lifestyle while learning to consciously deal with everyday challenges -
it's for everyone regardless of age, faith, physical ability or gender.
