Annette believes that anyone, regardless of age or skill level, can practice yoga and she enjoys sharing yoga with anyone who is eager to learn. She realized its healing benefits after a horseback riding accident left her with a painful neck injury. Through yoga and meditation, Annette recovered from her injury and gained inspiration to help others find their own path toward a healthy yoga practice. A practitioner for 18 years, she is a graduate of the Pacific Yoga Teacher Training and Advanced Studies Program, where she studied with Theresa Elliott and Kathryn Payne. Annette also teaches dance fitness. She loves to dance, the outdoors, and spending time with her family and dogs.
