Being gentle and strong: An aspect of my asana practice that I take with me into all other different areas of life and that has changed my life for the better. This is what I would like to pass on when I share what I know about yoga.
I started practicing Yoga 2006 in a class at University. It was a slow and gentle Hatha style with a lot of focus on Pranayama. Since then my journey has taken me through many styles in different places of the world.
My greatest passion throughout the past 4 years has been Ashtanga yoga, particularly Mysore style, and I enjoy to combine it with the creativity of a Vinyasa Flow class and add a gentle side by practicing some restorative yoga, when it is needed.
