I completed my Fitness Studies specializing in Yoga. I also completed a Core strength Vinyasa certification and numerous other workshops and certificates BUT most importantly developing my own feel for the practice. I also implement Clubbells into some of my sessions to enhance core strength and mobility. I have been practicing Yoga since 2009 and teaching since 2013. My passion lies in introducing and developing individuals to Yoga and help them develop their own language in Yoga.
