For 3 years I studied: kundalini, pranayama and ashtanga. In parallel I study mixed martial arts, shamanism and polarity therapy.

My yoga class is a mixture between all of these disciplines. I begin with kundalini exercises for spinal column. I go on with ashtanga that is more aerobic and I finish with a visual meditation that is meant to be healing and to increase personal power.
