Antonia’s background in classical ballet and contemporary dance led her to the nurturing, healing and empowering benefits of yoga.
Antonia is passionate about constantly growing both as a student and teacher. She has attended several teacher trainings, through which she has been mostly inspired and influenced by Anna Ashby, Bridget Woods-Kramer and Sianna Sherman. Her classes explore the practices of the yoga tradition with an emphasis on optimal alignment. She encourages her students to cultivate openness and steadiness, playfulness and mindfulness, and invites them to create a deep transformation in their body, mind and heart.
