Hi, I am foremost a student, always learning. I started my yoga journey 19 years ago and meditating 30 years ago. I taught yoga for nearly 20 years and now I focus on teaching Mindfulness Meditation.
I currently teach the MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) course, 4 Week Introduction to Mindfulness course, 1:1 Mindfulness Coaching, In-work trainings, presentations and meditation retreats.
I trained with The Mindfulness Training Institute of Australasia, affiliated with UMASS Medical School for Mindfulness in the US.
