Antonio began his yoga practice as a way to heal his chronic low back pain and muscle spasms, but eventually learned that yoga offers not only physical benefits but opens the door to achieving balance in all aspects of life. Antonio completed his 200-hour RYT training at Scarborough Yoga with Alice Riccardi, formerly of Portland Power Yoga.
