Anya grew up by the sea on the North East coast of England and has been practising Yoga passionately for 15 years. She studied for her Yoga Alliance certified teaching qualification at the renowned studio Spirit Yoga Berlin. She has also studied in several ashrams and schools in across the world. She teaches an invigorating, yet deeply relaxing variation of Vinyasa Flow Yoga. In her classes, the flow of postures becomes a steadily-paced and organic meditation in movement with a strong focus on the breath and the importance of each individual. She encourages practising with awareness; consciously living, breathing and moving into every moment both on and off the mat for enhanced clarity, energy, fluidity and sense of peace.
