I taught dance and fitness for 10 years, during which time I also practiced weight training, ballet limbering, pilates and aerial dance alongside yoga. As I continued my spiritual journey inward, I found that Yoga was what suited me best as it combined a practice for my mind, body and spirit.
I share my understanding of how best to make use of the shapes, experiences and attitudes of Hatha Yoga postures and practices. I'm sharing what my practice has given me - a deeper connection within: including understanding of strengths and weaknesses in my thoughts, emotions, physical body and spiritual efforts.
Yoga is for all of us, it responds to where we want to take into our bodies, our energies or our spirits. (Not the kind that come in glasses :)
