Aparna ignites enthusiasm for yoga in her students by bringing her years of study and practice into her teaching style that embodies the energy and spirit of yoga. Her classes inspire fluid movement while focusing on mindfulness of breath and alignment, compassionate self-awareness, and encourage a safe environment in which to explore practice for all levels. She is know for her sensitive, joyful, engaging and determined approach to teaching and extensively leads classes, retreats, workshops and trainings in both yoga and meditation internationally. Having practiced since 1999, her own exploration and intuition deepen her understanding and experience of the promise of yoga.
