My dharma is bringing trauma-sensitive yoga to those that need it. I currently teach these beautifully healing practices in various centers to those that are affected my various degrees of traumas and addictions. I am also going to be teach the women of Cook County prison. I teach traditional yoga classes at Thrive IWC in downtown Naperville. I am so blessed to be able to do what I do <3
