I have been on a yoga journey for many years, and have experienced a variety of styles of meditation and asana practice. I received my 200-hour teacher training at the Prannothan School of Yoga with Devarshi Steven Hartman. As a busy mother of two young children, a part time graphic designer, and a long-distance runner, I believe that yoga has played a major role in keeping me grounded. My belief is that yoga can be for anyone, and that the benefits are endless. My approach to yoga is one of compassion, self-awareness, and playfulness. My intention for my classes is to create a welcoming and non-judgmental space for students to cultivate ease in the body and mind.
