Yoga, for me, is a lifestyle - incorporating meditation, movement, breath, awareness, community, and healthy, eco-friendly living. While I offer classes with a lot of alignment, breath, and movement, I also foster a deeper sense of community where people feel safe and comfortable to explore and have fun. I am known for my distinctive playlists, intuitive sequencing, down to earth approach to yoga and ability to incorporate the needs of my class into my teaching daily. I always offer a variety of modifications, props and alternative poses to help each student get the maximum benefit from their practice.
I offer Restorative Yoga Workshops, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga and Hatha Yoga classes throughout the week and private sessions to focus on your specific needs and goals.
