Arancha has been practicing yoga since 2008. She practiced Hatha Yoga and instantly felt in love with it. Yoga was a way to move, balance, ground and release excess energy back into the
world. As she became so interested in Yoga, she was an advanced practitioner from the beginning, including self practice and study almost from the first day.
During the following years, she practised different kinds of Yoga, such as Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin or Iyengar. Then she realized that she felt a very strong passion for Yoga, which became her only interest, so she decided to build a career from her powerful emotion for Yoga,
leaving the standards of life and professional work she has had until the moment to be trained as a Yoga received her 200H RYTT from Association for Yoga and Meditation in Rishikesh, India. She also spent some more months, after the training in Rishikesh, learning Yoga from renowned Master teachers and she joined the International Yoga Festival.
In her Yoga classes, Arancha combines creative sequencing and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen and improve your practice. Her teachings include alignment of the body and breathing (Pranayama) exercises. Her expectation is that after the class you feel nourished,
refreshed and balanced.
