Archana is an Internationally Trained Yoga Teacher - RYS 300 hours. Her father imparted great knowledge of Ayurveda and Yoga .Practicing Pranayama and meditation with her dad has been a through & religious part of her regime. Archana is an Arts graduate and posses diploma in Aviation. She worked in an MNC for over 5 years and taught yoga for charity during weekends. For her teaching has always been a wonderful experience throughout and the passion for it magnetized to dedicate rest of her life for yoga. Yoga for her is self realization, awareness, being grounded and a complete bliss. Archana a graduate of Sanathana Yoga Shala (SYS-200), India is specialized in teaching Hatha yoga and Power yoga. She has been teaching since last 4yrs now. Her teaching style involves holding Asanas with specific breath pattern. She loves cooking, dancing, swimming, driving and wishes to spread blissfulness through yoga for rest of her life.
