I specialize in teaching yoga to seniors and to others who are flexibility-challenged. I teach a vinyasa style with and without a chair and other props. I myself am a senior (currently age 67), and I've been inspired by many yoga teachers including Lilias Folan. I believe a practice should be good for the mind as well as the body and that a traditional practice with philosophy, pranayama and asana (and a dash of humor) yields great benefits to every body!
