My husband and I moved to Playa del Carmen, on the Caribbean coast of Mexico, south of Cancun, 15 years ago. I opened Playa's first Hatha Yoga/Vinyasa based studio, Yoga By The Sea, in 2001, where I offer ongoing classes, workshops, retreats, and 200-Hr. Yoga Teacher Training Courses, approved by the Yoga Alliance with a staff of dedicated and inspiring teachers.

I've developed an eclectic style of teaching yoga, drawing from her study with such renowned yoga teachers such as Judith Lasater, Erich Shiffmann, and Rodney Yee. I encorporate my background as lyrical modern dancer and National Endowment for the Arts - funded choreographer in my teaching.
