I teach a complete system of yoga called Purna Yoga and Heartfull Meditation. The word Purna means whole or complete. I teach alignment-based asana, pranayama, heart-centered meditation, nutrition and lifestyle and applied philosophy. My teaching is a blend of working with the body, the breath and the consciousness. I use beauty in the form of visualisations and poetry to help the student to open their body and to connect with their spirit. I am also trained in Purna Yoga therapeutics to help with chronic and acute conditions.
