Arvinderfee is Yoga Alliance Registered Training with Purna Yoga, Kundalini yoga trained through the AmritNam Sarovar IKYTA with Karta Singh & trained as a Shakti Dance teacher in Italy with the founder Sara Avtar Olivier & trained with Bliss baby yoga.

Arvinderfee interest in yoga therapy has continued with numerous teachers to incorporate different Yoga styles. Her teachers Maria Kristen, Vincent Bolletta, Donna Farhi and Gurumukh Kaur Khalsa inspire her teaching.
Also a qualified reflexologist and Indian head masseur with ITEC and VTCT in the UK and a NLP and Psych-K facilitator.
