Yogi Ashish started practicing yoga when looking for something to heal a hip injury and aid the flow of his writing. He started with Hatha yoga in the gym. Ashsish soon became passionate about yoga and its physical and mental benefits and went on to explore and study "Yoga Monks" intensively for one and a half years while also studying the philosophical side of yoga with Himalayan Masters. I went on to complete yoga teacher training at "Yogada in the Himalayas": Yoga in Rishikesh in 2015.
Yogi Ashish finds yoga to be a beautifully transferable practice and enjoys seeing how it connects to his writing, acting, dancing and surfing. I enjoys sharing what he enjoys about yoga in his teaching and is fascinated by how many people from all walks of life find yoga to be a transformative practice.
