I'm a hatha girl at heart, having started my yoga journey in 2002 with an Iyengar ( alignment based) practice. This means that I love holding poses and breathing in order to create a mind-body connection. In 2015, I received my 200-hr certification in Baptiste Style power yoga. Having experience in several styles of yoga allows me to create effective and functional flows. Yoga is for every'body' from all walks of life. It shouldn't be limited to a certain 'type' of person and I aim to make classes comfortable and fun for all!
