I've been teaching yoga since 2001. I love guiding people towards a deeper connection with their mind and body. Minds and bodies work better together! I teach an alignment based vinyasa style with lots of attention to detail and deliberate movement. I received my 200 RYT through Axis Yoga. I have prenatal training, level 1 and 2 adaptive yoga training with Matthew Sanford and a 500 hour classical pilates training.
