Ashley Detrick began practicing yoga 13 years ago as a supplemental workout to her rigorous running routine. From the first time she stepped on to the mat she loved how the simplest of movement would connect her to her body, helping her to delve into her own strengths and grace. While pregnant with her son she fell even more in love with the practice. Prenatal yoga was where she found empowerment for pregnancy and birth. After her son was born, all her years of yoga took hold and she experienced first-hand the healing and transformation that is present in a consistent yoga practice. She is passionate about helping mamas find peace and joy in their pregnancy and helping them to take it off the mat and into motherhood.
