I first found Yoga during a period of immense change and personal growth. Living through and witnessing first hand the benefits of yoga, brought about the desire to share this amazing practice with others. I have been teaching yoga for the past 7 years and have acquired over 2500 hours of teaching experience. In 2007 I received my initial 200 hour certification in Raja Yoga and have since completed additional teacher trainings in Kids and Yin Yoga. I feel blessed to be a full time instructor teaching various styles of yoga in local studios, gyms, retirement centers and schools. My students range from 2 1/2 to 90 years of age and from begining to long time practitioners. Additionally, I serve as a Wayfarer for the Wanderlust Festival, write a yoga and wellness blog and film online yoga classes and instructional videos with When I am not on my mat, you're likely to find me curled up with a great book or adventuring outdoors; paddling in a kayak, climbing a rock, hiking or camping alongside my 6 year old daughter. I invite you to connect with me online at YogaWithAsh on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to follow my yoga journey.
