Ashley Josephine Zuberi wants to live in a world where women’s voices are not only heard in the highest corner offices across the world, but also respected. She wants young girls to dream of becoming CEOs and Presidents not because that would be special, but because that’s just what girls do.

As a private yoga instructor, her yoga channel on YouTube has over 50 videos featuring short yoga practices, stretches, meditations, and breathing exercises to help women build strength & resilience, release stress & tension, and regain calm & control so they can perform at the top of their game in work and life.

Ashley believes that yoga requires us to balance strength, flexibility, and surrender in all that we do and she cultivates all three in her teaching and in her life.

She is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance with over 1,000 hours of teaching experience and completed her 200-hour training with CorePower Yoga in Boulder, CO. She has also completed iRest Yoga Nidra Level One Training with Dr. Richard Miller, PhD, Yoga Tune Up® Level One Teacher Training with Sarah Court in Cleveland, OH in 2015, her 500-hour Advanced Teacher Training with Maryam Ovissi and Jafar Alexander in Reston, VA in 2016, as well as studied in-person and online with Kathryn Budig, Tiffany Cruikshank, Stephanie Snyder, Seane Corne, Deepak Chopra and many other teachers in the Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, and Hatha Yoga traditions.

Her writing has been featured on blogs, in magazines, and in books including Yoganonymous, , DoYouYoga, MyYogaOnline, StyleCraze, , TinyBuddha, Whole Health Magazine, The Yoga Diaries and many others.

When she’s not teaching yoga, planning yoga classes and private client sessions, filming yoga videos, writing yoga blogs, practicing yoga, or reading about yoga, you can find her trying out a new restaurant or café with friends and family or adventuring in the great outdoors on her bike, snowboard, or in her hiking boots. You may rarely find her in the kitchen trying her best to cook healthy food. Ask her about her favorite smoothies, homemade ice cream, and cupcakes! Did she say healthy? Hey, we all have weaknesses.
