I started practising yoga at a Bikram studio in 2011. of course in the west it's considered more of a work out and I pushed myself, competed in Hatha championships for two years and I realized that I needed something less push. my body was craving more balance. so I decided to go to India on more of a spiritual journey and realized that yoga was way more then a physical practice. I went to Kerala India January 2016 for my teacher certification. I have 302hrs, and graduated with first class distinction and it's stamped by international federation as well. I also have 500hours level 2 that I completed in march 2017 in Kerala India as well through school of Santhi. I teach private sessions in the comfort of your own home and I share my knowledge that I received in India and cater sessions to the individual based on your own individual needs. I give people the tools so they can help themselves continually grow on their own personal journeys. I do weekly Tibetan sound meditations as well in my home with small groups because yoga is union and yoga is only half of the journey. Meditation is the other piece?
