Hello! I'm Ashli and I teach an all-levels Power Vinyasa Flow class, with focus on alignment. I strive to create flows that are interesting and dynamic in order to spark a love of yoga in all my students that will keep them coming back. With a comprehensive knowledge of biomechanics and alignment I can effectively and safely explain what is going on in my students body’s during each pose in a way that is understandable and fun. My goal is to guide each student through a safe and balanced class that will aid in pain management, flexibility and strength. With 16 years of ballet training I enjoy incorporating a dance-like feel to my classes with graceful flows that seamlessly and thoughtfully guide the students to a peek pose. I studied under Ali Valdez (Seattle), Liz Doyle (Seattle) and Universal Yoga's Andrey Lappa and look forward to completing my 500 hour certificate in the near future.
