I came to yoga as a means to destress and to rebuild strength after the birth of my first child. After practicing regularly for a year, I decided it was time to learn all I could about this ancient practice and share my knowledge with others. I now teach a power vinyasa flow class as well as kids, teens, restorative and corporate yoga . Being a dancer for 16 years inspired me to create sequences that flow like a dance while remaining dynamic and strengthening. This allows students to quiet their minds and move with the rhythm of their breath. There is nothing better than seeing the grateful, glowing faces of my students after a class. This love affair with yoga has just begun, but I look forward to a lifetime of study and teaching.
