My first love began with nutrition, feeding my body what it needs to survive and thrive. Then I discovered yoga, which feeds my mind and soul. What I gained from yoga: peace, stillness, quiet, calmness, control. What I lost: anxiety, impatience, stress, mood swings. I'm not all that bendy myself, but that's not why I do it. I do it so I don't go crazy.
