I am a hatha yoga teacher in Halifax now teaching a few classes at 108 Yoga Studio. My classes usually have a different theme each time and are well rounded starting with centering and some warm up leading into standing series, core and ending with a few release poses, savasana and a breathing exercise.
I welcome each new person into the studio as an individual and a new part of my yoga community. I hope that everyone can leave my classes either feeling like they have learned something new and wonderful about themselves or that a journey of enlightenment has started within.
Becoming a yoga teacher is one of the best things I have ever done with my life and I am so greatful for this experience.
