My name is Bárbara and I am a yoga teacher. I teach this beautiful practice with the same passion that I continuously study it and, as with most things, I will be a student for the rest of my life.
I live in Porto, a coastal city in the north of Portugal, where I was born. I chose to do my training in Bali, Indonesia, because I wanted to study and be around teachers who perpetuate the legacy of Sri Tirumalai Krishnamacharya, aka the father of modern yoga. The man who allowed the yoga seed to be spread for generations to come.
