Bea Romeo practices Yoga for 15 years. She started with the daily Ashtanga practice and moved to a Vinyasa style which is more focused on alignment. She completed the 200 and 500 hr teacher training with Gerard Arnaud (Paris), 2010 through 2013. She also teach Yoga Nidra, as learned with her dear teacher Glenn Black.
She also giving treatments in Body Tuning and Thai Massage.
