In my classes I focus on healthy postures adapted to the students' needs, a nice flow, conscious movement/breath and that underlying sparkle of fun, meaning and curiosity.
Yoga to me means balance. A constant reconnection to ourselves and the world around us. A means of focus and consciousness in this exhilarating life of fascinating emotions and amusing impulses.
