Yoga in a relaxed,supportive and in a non competitive environment.
You don't have to be fit, strong or even flexible but will be encouraged to work within your physical capacity and to develop a practice at your own individual pace.
Classes focus upon learning to attune respectfully to your body's capacity with techniques of breath awareness, grounding, centering, alignment and relaxation.
There is always a focus on exploration of the breath as a vital link between the body and the mind with the intention to have you leave the class feeling centered and at peace.
