Hi, I have now been doing yoga for almost 15 years. My journey began after sustaining a lower back injury while training in Martial Arts. Having explored other styles like Kundalini, Bikram, and Ashtanga I finally qualified as a Dru Yoga teacher in 2013.

Dru's main focus in classes is on deepening physical awareness and alignment to reveal and release the natural freedom of the body, particularly the spine and bringing about a stillness deep within which we are always trying to find.
