Bobbye is a dedicated yoga teacher bringing twenty-four years self-practice, eight years teaching & 1,900 hours of teaching experience. Bobbye teaches Hatha-based yoga with classes in spiritually-oriented, vinyasa, flow, gentle, yin, restorative, yoga nidra, somatic (sensory awareness), and chair yoga. Bobbye’s teaching style combines mindfulness and movement to help students restore body-mind unity; inviting self-discovery and deepen their self-compassion. She is a balanced teacher with a desire to motivate and inspire students as she guides the asana practice with visual cues allowing the body to adjust to one’s own individual body needs to strengthen, heal, and find inner peace, self-love, and joy “on and off” the mat.
