I have been practising yoga for 30 years and it is a major part of my life. I love to teach a great yoga class for all levels and enjoy the great benefits of my own daily practise. It is a privilege to witness students gaining so much confidence in their yoga practise and know that it is a positive life changing journey.
I am an avid reader, researcher and sourcing new ideas to bring to the mat, whether they are physical, mental or yoga philosophy - no two classes are the same. Yoga is a journey not a destination and I am committed to providing yoga taught professionally, safely, thoughtfully and mindfully.
